Trouble opening an email?
Check that the file ends in .eml, is not empty, and is under 50 MB. If you are using batch conversion, each EML file must meet the file-size limit. You can also try the bundled sample EML to confirm that your browser can run the converter.
Trouble creating a PDF?
Try converting the email again or use Print / Save as PDF after loading the message. Keep your original EML file and compare the generated PDF before sharing or archiving it.
